Carolina Beach, NC

Carolina beach is the first town on the artificial Pleasure Island. The island was made by a manmade canal, Snow's Cut. I'g guessing some guy named snow cut the canal, hot take. The town has a boardwalk which is neat and is home to a state park of the same name. At the park, you can find wild venus fly traps.

Carolina Beach Lake Park

This is a city park that is two blocks from the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The park has a playground, boat dock, and a walking trail that encircles the lake.
